Main duties of the job The scope of the Hubs work is predominantly commercial: market assessment, engagement, stimulation and management; commercial contracting - formation and management; project and programme set up leading to competitive procurement including framework establishment, management and call off. Job Description Job responsibilities The Hub is an integral delivery agent to digitization of the Primary Care agenda as set out in the NHS England Securing Excellence in Primary Care (GP) Digital Services operating framework. We are looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager who would like to work within a fast paced, ever evolving and open culture professional team. The post holder will be leading a procurement team in delivery of commercial programmes of work.
