We are recruiting a Sales Manager across womenswear to join this well-established fashion supplier to manage key accounts. You will take ownership of the sales strategy, building strong relationships with clients to increase revenue. This role would suit someone with a proven track record of building and maintaining partnerships with key high street retailers in a previous sales or buying role.

Main responsibilities will include:
1. Manage and grow key accounts, developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers, negotiating and finalising sales contracts.
3. Present seasonal collections to clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of product details, trends, and customer preferences.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the womenswear market.
5. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and sales presentations, acting as the key point of contact for all sales-related activities.
6. Provide forecasting and sales reports to senior management, ensuring clear communication of goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Person specification:
1. Past experience in a sales role within the womenswear industry.
2. Experience working with high street retailers ideally including NEXT or other large commercial accounts.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
4. A commercial mindset with strong numerical and analytical skills to track sales performance and identify opportunities.
