We are seeking a Senior Technology Reporting Analyst to play a key role in delivering executive-level insights and performance reporting across EMEA Technology. This role ensures the CIO’s reports to senior committees are accurate, well-structured, and aligned with key business and technology priorities.
As part of the Technology Reporting & Service Catalogue team, you will collaborate with technology SMEs and senior stakeholders to analyze and present key developments, from operational resilience and AI risk to cybersecurity and regulatory updates. You will also oversee a small team, ensuring high-quality reporting and continuous improvement in processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, refine, and deliver executive reports on key technology topics, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Review content from contributors, ensuring consistency and a high standard of reporting.
* Manage reporting schedules and submission deadlines for senior committees, including BRC, ExCo, IMC, EMRC, and Audit Committee.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical developments into actionable insights for leadership.
* Lead and mentor a team of junior analysts, ensuring high-quality output and efficient reporting processes.
* Stay informed about key trends in technology and finance, incorporating relevant insights into reports.
* Support the Head of Reporting with team coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into concise executive summaries.
* Strong data analysis and visualization experience, particularly with PowerBI, SQL, Excel macros, and automation tools (Python preferred).
* Excellent time management, with the ability to oversee multiple reports and deadlines simultaneously.
* Stakeholder management expertise, working effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of technology concepts, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development, particularly in financial services.
* Business awareness, with knowledge of financial operations, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
* Leadership ability, with experience managing people, processes, or projects in a reporting or analytics function.
* Advanced presentation skills, particularly in creating executive-level PowerPoint reports and dashboards.
