Te Tūranga - The Role
Are you a creative marketer with a passion for crafting compelling content? Tait Communications is looking for a Marketing Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms to support brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to general marketing tasks, such as updating product collateral, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting digital campaigns.
The duties of the role will include:
* Content Development: Organise and ideate creative content aligned with brand strategy, regional goals, and company target audiences.
* Engaging Content Creation: Produce visually appealing and compelling written content tailored to diverse audience segments.
* Content Distribution and Optimisation: Publish and optimise content across multiple platforms to maximise visibility and engagement.
* Collaborative Execution: Support the Global Marketing team with website updates, social media posts, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, client stories, blogs, research, and advertising.
* Project Coordination: Manage content production with clear briefs, deadlines, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery.
* Collateral Updates: Update and enhance product documentation and marketing collateral using tools like Adobe InDesign.
* Digital Campaigns: Assist and provide input in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid platforms.
* Marketing Automation: Utilise tools like HubSpot to streamline marketing efforts and deliver personalised experiences with a particular focus on email marketing and landing page optimisation.
Ō pūkenga - About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Design, Advertising or Communications and/or relevant experience in the discipline.
As well as:
* 1-3 years of experience in general marketing, marketing writing, or product marketing.
* Strong content creation skills, including writing and visual storytelling.
* Experience with social media management and digital marketing campaigns.
* Familiarity with Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools like HubSpot (preferred).
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
* A proactive mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
