Job Description: MSK Planning Co-ordinator Permanent Hybrid Working – Will be required to work 1-2 days a week from our Manchester Office (Bupa Place - Salford Quays, M50 3SP) as per the service’s needs. As a MSK Planning Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective planning support to MSK Remote services. The role holder will act as a support for the resource planner and will be responsible for diary management and effective resource management. You’ll help us make health happen by: Maintaining schedules in line with existing plans for MSK Remote Services Supporting the Resource Planner in implementing schedules across multiple diary systems. Engaging regularly with the resource planner and operational management team to action changes where needed in a timely fashion including but not limited to team meetings, 1:1s, annual leave etc. Supporting the Operational Support advisors around cancellations where required.
