Teaching Assistant Central Bristol Afternoons Only ASAP Start Here at Long-Term Teachers we work with a wonderful 3 form entry Primary School in the Heart of Bristol. This school are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to work within a KS2 classroom supporting the Class Teacher with the learning and development of the children. This Primary School highly believes that a school must be a welcoming and caring place where children, families and staff can work together to bring together the community around them and to allow their children to reach their full potential. The Role This opportunity is to start as soon as possible working Monday to Friday, but afternoons only: 12pm to 3:30pm. This role will continue until the Christmas break. You will be expected to: Support the Class Teacher with lesson delivery Work closely with small groups of children to develop their understanding. Work with other staff members to ensure the resources are available for children to access all learning. Lead small group and individual interventions.
