Join Capita as a DSA Needs Assessor and be part of our team providing Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) services. We work with the Student Loans Company (SLC) to offer a seamless digital experience for students in East England, the Midlands, London, and Wales. Our services include needs assessments, sourcing equipment, training, and ongoing support for around 30,000 university students annually.
In this hybrid role, you'll prepare for and conduct DSA needs assessment meetings, complete reports, and travel as needed to meet clients. We have both permanent and fixed-term contract options. As an experienced HR professional, you will support our schools across the Barnet area, delivering HR support services both remotely and on-site. This role covers all aspects of HR support from day-to-day queries to handling grievances and disciplinaries. You will develop close relationships with your client base and be their subject matter expert on HR queries. We are looking for someone with hands-on HR experience who is comfortable working with clients to deliver performance development reviews, disciplinaries, and where necessary, tribunals. You should live within 50 miles of Barnet and have access to your own transport; all travel is expensed, and when you aren’t onsite with the client, you will be home-based.
