We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategic development of high-quality marketing campaigns that drive user engagement and strengthen our brand presence. This role involves planning and executing seasonal and strategic campaigns in collaboration with internal creative teams and external vendors/agencies, ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
The ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in developing customer feedback processes to better understand market needs and refine brand differentiation. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, the Brand Manager will champion innovation and creativity to elevate our brand's position in a competitive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate across the marketing team to develop messaging strategies for campaigns, customer touch points, and emerging channels.
* Re-imagine acquisition assets across partners and platforms to align messaging with channel needs and establish best practices that stand out in a competitive market.
* Develop and execute a refreshed social media strategy to engage and grow online communities through a mix of content, product launches, and promotions.
* Enhance creative output across owned channels (website, email, blog) and create impactful campaign concepts.
* Manage internal and external teams to ensure content is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.
* Expand market research initiatives to enhance understanding of brand lift and value.
* Identify and integrate brand ambassadors into marketing materials to strengthen customer connection and brand identity.
* Drive innovation and dynamic approaches to content across sponsorship's, partnerships, media buys, and owned channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in the Gambling or Gaming industry.
* Experience in social and content marketing.
* Experience as a Brand Manager or equivalent position.
* Managed/led Customer Research.
