Role Overview:
* Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to help students manage their behaviour and emotions.
* Encourage participation in sports, outdoor learning, and structured activities to enhance emotional well-being.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
* A confident, patient, and resilient individual capable of building strong relationships with students.
* Experience in support work, coaching, or outdoor activities is desirable, but not essential.
* A genuine passion for helping young people overcome challenges and achieve success.
