Your new role You will be expected to support your departmental team with the following duties: Handle enquiries via phone calls, in person requests and emails using Outlook Help coordinate and process reports using excel databases Coordinate meetings / book meeting rooms according to team availability. Assist with department buying - use bespoke buying systems Be an office anchor where visitors and colleagues can rely on you for their ad hoc administration. Be able to take efficient notes/minutes during meetings Greet and direct visits to the appropriate site/personnel. What you'll need to succeed Strong organisational and administrative skills. Buying or finance background preferred. Have experience working as a PA or team business support. Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office software used with data administration.
