Job Description PSM Recruitment are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager, who will be responsible for the strategic development and daily operation of food and beverage services. Working closely with the Head Chef, Front of House Manager and Supervisors, you’ll design seasonal menus, and ensure consistently excellent service and presentation. Responsibilities Leading the food and beverage function in line with commercial strategy Developing menus and beverage offerings Managing budgets, driving income, and achieving agreed profit margins Embedding high standards of service and presentation across all hospitality spaces Recruiting, developing and managing staff to deliver excellent service Collecting and responding to customer feedback to continuously improve our offer Ensuring all operations comply with health, safety, and legal standards Required Attributes Customer-focused and passionate about food and drink Organised, efficient, and detail-oriented Commercially driven with a creative approach A strong leader with a hands-on mindset Significant experience in a hospitality management role (restaurant, café or events) Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage teams Strong commercial and budget management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of food service and event operations Understanding of licensing, food safety, and hospitality legislation Confidence with digital tools to streamline operations Qualifications GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) are desirable, but not essential.
