Wakefield We are looking for an experienced Tele-Sales Representative to join our team in Wakefield. You will be responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone, which will include - contacting potential customers, presenting the business and seek opportunity, focusing on customer needs to close sales, documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions. We are looking for an employee that has excellent communication skills, as well as the sales ability, and meticulous in keeping records and data up to date. Your New Job Principle Accountabilities: Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales. Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products. Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products. Answering customers' questions on the products. Meeting sales quotas. Required Qualifications & Professional Membership(s): Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field preferred Ideally technical sales experience and dealing with the industry customer base. Full clean driving license Knowledge & Experience: Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the telephone Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to clients in detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Persuasive and confident sales approach. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem solver Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints Positive attitude and resilience in a sales environment. A proven track record in technical sales and dealing with manufacturing industry customer base, preferable not essential..
