Role Overview: As a Legal 360 Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, offering excellent career progression and uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms and legal professionals. Proactively generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Manage the full recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies. Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients. Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions using our CRM system. Achieve and exceed financial and performance targets. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the legal sector, or strong experience in a 360 recruitment role. Proven track record of successful business development and revenue generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
