Customer Service Administrator My client is one of the UKs largest and most progressive Mortgage & Protection brokers, operating nationally and with their administration, compliance and client servicing operations based here in Northern Ireland. They wish to appoint an additional Customer Service Administrator to their Quality Team. Immediate interviews. The opportunity The Quality Business Team provides a customer-focused assurance service for the firms clients, compliance department and external providers through completion of telephone-based courtesy calls to the companys new clients. This includes confirmation and cross-checking of information, and light administration. This includes: Ensuring that both incoming/outgoing calls are handled in a professional manner. Liaising with clients to confirm personal details and medical disclosures. Business retention - liaising with clients and advisers to establish reasons for cancellations and reinstate policies with providers, where applicable. Admin duties, as and when required, including cross referencing the information submitted on a provider application with that noted on the client Fact Find, and confirmed by the client during the courtesy call. The individual To be a successful member of the Quality Business team you will: Have outstanding Customer Service skills. Have solid administration skills. Be resilient, positive, and detail-oriented. Be organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
