Project Manager Build Project We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and deliver a complex new build project working on a transport hub. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in construction, strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Site Management: Oversee on-site operations, including managing subcontractors, staff, and suppliers. Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and proactively address project risks to ensure smooth execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to facilitate project collaboration. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress, key milestones, and financial performance. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as a Project Manager on new build construction projects with a budget exceeding £10 million. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and building regulations. Experience managing large-scale construction projects. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field. Essential certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
