The role
In this Part time SEND Teaching Assistant role, you will be working with students who require additional support in a mainstream primary school setting. Your role will involve working with small groups and providing 1-1 support to students with a variety of needs, including emotional regulation and sensory circuits. The role will be diverse and rewarding, allowing you to contribute positively to the students’ development and learning.
The ideal person
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable individual who is passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential. To succeed in this role, you should have either a relevant degree or teaching assistant, childcare or early years qualifications. Experience working with SEND students is highly desirable. You should also have a strong understanding of the importance of emotional and sensory regulation for students’ overall well-being.

Hours
