Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the C&F HUB team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customs and freight activities.
Lead, train, and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance in customs compliance and freight management.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure team targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance with all customs regulations.
Manage budgets and resource allocation for the C&F HUB to control costs and drive profitability.
Stay updated on industry regulations and trends to ensure that the team adheres to best practices and compliance standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs and freight management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and development.
Proficient in using logistics management software and customs documentation systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £32.63
Location: Bromley, South East London
