We are currently looking for an experienced Early Years Practitioner/Key Worker to work in our dynamic Pre-School (rated by Ofsted as Outstanding).
We offer a caring and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop.
Working hours – Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 4.00 and occasionally to 5.30 as required.
An excellent opportunity for an experienced, Level 3 practitioner to join our lovely nursery setting in Edgware, Middlesex.
Nagila Pre-School is a warm, family-orientated nursery with a homely feel. We are a small setting, owned and located on the site of Edgware and Hendon Reform Synagogue in recently refurbished, purpose-built rooms.
You should be both passionate and enthusiastic about working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development, have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will also need to have the ability to plan for, deliver, record and assess the elements within the EYFS, be competent in computer use, be able to liaise with and report to parents maintaining confidentiality at all times and be part of a small and friendly team.
The candidate must be able to demonstrate proven experience working with children of all ages, including under 2s, and the provision of equally high standards of care & education, with accurate and efficient working practices.
Qualifications
* Experience with children in a nursery setting
* Experience working with under 2s essential
* Early childhood education background
* Proficiency in English

* Engage children in educational activities and play to support their development.
* Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery.
* Implement daily routines and schedules to ensure consistency and structure.
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding children’s progress.
* Utilise early childhood education techniques to enhance learning experiences.
