Salary: Competitive Contract: Maternity leave cover – 9-month fixed-term contract Benefits: Competitive benefits package Key Responsibilities: Invoice Processing: Process purchase invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and approval procedures Payment Management: Manage the payment process for overhead and stock costs, ensuring accurate inputting of payments and allocation to supplier accounts Supplier Database Maintenance: Keep the supplier database up to date, including changes to address and payment details Account Reconciliation: Reconcile supplier statements to aged creditor reports, resolving any queries with internal teams or external suppliers Month-End Assistance: Assist with month-end processes, including identifying expenses for prepayments, accruals, expenses to recharge to other group companies and providing analysis for management and group reporting General Accounts Administration: Support the finance team with general accounts payable duties and maintain accurate financial records Exposure to multiple currencies Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable or similar Skills: High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and international VAT is desirable Qualifications: AAT qualified/part qualified or qualified by experience Software: Experience with SAP Business One is desirable Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills How to Apply: If you’re excited about this opportunity and ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you.
