About the role
Due to the continuing success of our growing Agency, we are recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Adviser to join our thriving team. The successful candidate will play a key role by providing exceptional service to both our existing customer base and our new customers. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a customer service role, an excellent telephone manner, and superb attention to detail. Above all though, you'll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team.
Our commitment to you
You will undergo a custom training programme to enable you to deliver an expert service to our customers by giving knowledgeable, tailored information on our range of products.
The candidate must hold:
1. GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
3. Excellent communication skills & the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
