Vacancy: We are currently recruiting a Registered Children's Home Manager for a 2 bedded home in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Currently the home is a solo placement, supporting a young person with complex, challenging behaviours. As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall running of the childrens home. We are looking for an experienced manager who is a natural leader who can lead the staff team ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. You will have a previous experience of working in a residential setting, a good understanding of Ofsted as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, recruitment, staff training, supervisions, implementing safeguarding policies and procedures, and addressing any concerns promptly. What youll bring: Hold a QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards) Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a Registered Childrens Home setting in supervisory role. Substantive experience in a managerial role including supervisory experience.
