This role is paid-only and does not involve organic social media management. About the role Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations based on key metrics Work closely with creative teams to develop assets which align with campaign objectives and target audiences Continuously test and iterate on creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve performance Help ensure media is executed within budget while optimising for maximum performance Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates related to paid social Execute testing roadmap, including tracking learnings and proposing new tests Skills & experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field 1-2 years hands-on paid social marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) Solid understanding of social media platforms, campaign objectives, and optimization techniques Results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding acquisition targets Strong understanding of paid performance drivers and paid user funnels Experience with managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills Adaptable mindset with the ability to think creatively about problems Agency experience is a bonus
