PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED IN SEDATION Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse qualified in RA sedation on behalf of our client, a fully private dental practice located in Worcester Park. Our client is a private dental practice uniquely designed for children with a child-friendly environment, child-centric approach and tailored services as well as an experienced and professional dental team committed to paediatric dental health. Fully computerised dental practice with state-of-the-art dental equipment and technology, dentally software and a comprehensive range of dental services from routine check-ups to specialised orthodontic treatments are offered by the practice. The practice is looking for a full-time dental nurse with RA qualification, but would consider part-time for the right candidate. The working hours are: Monday to Friday: 8.15am-6pm with some late evening until 8pm and Saturday: 9am-1pm. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, assisting the dental team, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the clinic. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and patient comfort. Duties Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available. Provide excellent patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Sterilise instruments and maintain cleanliness in the treatment areas according to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, fostering a positive environment within the practice. Support with administrative tasks as required. Requirements Qualified Dental Nurse with sedation certification. Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding patient care with empathy and professionalism. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to manage individual responsibilities effectively. Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8.15am-6pm with some late evening until 8pm and Saturday: 9am-1pm.
