The role: This is a key senior administration role within the business; the ideal candidate would be an outgoing and enthusiastic person. Joining our lively and committed team based in Liverpool, the role involves supporting the Director and senior management team, product research, project management, and production of company reports.

Key Traits of Potential Candidate:
1. Experience of high-level administration
2. Experience of working with and producing data reports within spreadsheets, including using pivot tables and formulas to carry out data analysis
3. Experience of record keeping and organisation in support of externally validated standards
4. Proactive approach to tasks, with a ‘can do’ attitude
5. Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
6. Self-motivation with strong organisational and time management skills
7. Good IT skills including MI
8. Ability to work under pressure and a desire to succeed
9. Team player with an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
