The driving market in the Sheffield area is large and continues to expand, therefore opportunities are rife for motivated individuals with the ability to close sales.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recruitment consultant to join the busy Sheffield team. The role will be interesting and varied and will include: • Running a busy Driving plan.• Interviewing and assessing applicants.• Selling via telephone and face-to-face to businesses.• Developing A-Z business in the local area.• Influencing decision-makers and offering solutions to their recruitment issues.• Managing and developing key accounts.• Delivering an excellent customer service experience to all. You must possess the following skills and experiences: • Recruitment industry experience gained from running a driving desk.• Confidence when speaking to people at all levels.• A tenacious attitude towards sales.• The ability to absorb knowledge and learn a range of new IT systems and recruitment compliance processes.• The characteristics of somebody capable of winning new business and building relationships.• The ability to manage multiple workloads without detracting from the quality of service.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• IT Literate with the basic use of Excel, Word, and Outlook (training will be provided to further develop these skills). This is a challenging position, but for those that succeed the rewards and career potential can be fantastic. In return, you will receive a salary of £30,000 with an OTE of up to £40,000 in your first year, with your salary being reviewed at the end of year 1.
