As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies with a primary focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, digital marketing tactics, and a proven ability to generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO, etc.) to drive lead generation and attract potential clients within the cybersecurity space.
2. Revenue Growth Focus: Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers, ensuring that marketing efforts directly contribute to the company’s revenue growth. Analyze data to track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies to improve conversion rates.
3. Create engaging content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) that resonates with the target audience, educates potential clients, and showcases the value of our security services.
4. Brand Awareness & Positioning: Manage the company’s brand presence online and offline, ensuring a consistent, compelling message across all touchpoints. Elevate the company’s position in the managed security industry.
5. Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Use market insights to tailor campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
6. Performance Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on the success of marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts. Use analytics tools to identify trends, measure ROI, and refine strategies for continual improvement.
7. Work closely with the sales, customer success, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity industry.
3. Proven experience in lead generation and performance-based marketing strategies.
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM systems, etc.).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving measurable results.
8. Knowledge of the managed security services industry is a plus.
