Your new role
1. Design and execute TA strategy, driving efficiency through processes.
2. Improve recruitment productivity and candidate experience through optimising and automating processes.
3. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure you stay at the forefront of the market.
4. Proactively implement best practice and integrity through operational improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
1. You will have worked delivering software/systems solutions in large, matrix organisations, with proven ROI.
2. You will have partnered with senior stakeholders.
3. You will have worked within Talent Acquisition and understand the end-to-end recruitment process, valuing the candidate's experience.
4. You will be adept at system and software implementation, e.g. Oracle, AI.
What you'll get in return
£60-70K DOE with generous benefits package.
Hybrid model of working: 3 days in the office a week with 2 days working remotely.
