Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Service: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, accurately take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Setup and Close Down: Assist in the preparation and closure of the restaurant and bar areas, ensuring that all settings meet the hotel's standards. This includes arranging tables, setting up service stations, and ensuring cleanliness.
* Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are taken correctly and delivered promptly, maintaining high service standards throughout the dining experience.
* Team Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficient operation of service periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Assist colleagues as needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
* Waste Management: Be mindful of waste, seeking ways to utilise all stock effectively and minimise unnecessary waste.
