We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to join us as a Personal Assistant to support our Executive Team. The Role As a Personal Assistant working closely with a dedicated team, you will provide comprehensive and high-quality assistance to our senior management, helping them achieve the company’s business development goals and corporate aims. Your role will involve a range of activities, including: Maintaining diaries, to ensure smooth planning of the Executives’ meeting commitments, along with coordination of administrative and travel time required to complement this. Co-ordination of meetings, including arranging facilities, and organising catering requirements, preparation of supporting paperwork, including agendas, handouts and minutes. Maintaining communications to ensure participants are kept informed and disseminating relevant information. Assisting with Executives’ reporting, ensuring deadlines are adhered to. Organising travel arrangements for the Executive Team, taking all transport into consideration and producing informative itinerary. Receiving, processing, distributing and filing accurately correspondence and necessary documents. Providing when necessary high-quality secretarial service including occasional minute taking at relevant meetings. About You At least 1 year of experience in PA, secretarial or high-level customer service. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels. Exceptional attention to detail. Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure, using your initiative and business knowledge.
