In this 6-month fixed-term contract, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant services to our clients. You’ll manage and support a team of specialists, drive process improvements, and ensure all compliance standards are met while working closely with both clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards for water hygiene and asbestos. Lead a dedicated team, offering guidance, performance management, and support. Drive operational efficiencies and develop best practices across all service offerings. Engage with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and address any service improvements. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on contract performance and client satisfaction. About You: Proven experience in business management within a compliance-focused industry, preferably in water hygiene or asbestos. Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
