We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to develop marketing programme that promote our employee benefits product proposition & platform to employers to drive more new customer prospects to convert & utilise one or more of our products; and to get more employees to sign up and start to transact. We launched BHN Extras, a benefits platform in 2021 which allows employers to offer their employees an expanding range of benefits at no cost. An outstanding Product Marketing Manager will be someone whose expertise results in creating and executing range of different programme and initiatives that build awareness of our products, convert prospects to customers and optimise onboarding and use. This high-energy role will suit someone who wants to make an immediate impact, take ownership of multiple marketing channels and wants to have headroom to grow. Key responsibilities of this role include: Product Website: Partner with product team to ensure all product websites are highly converting & updated; monitor customer sign up journeys and optimise where appropriate. Employer & Employee Lifecycle : Increase new customer conversion and existing customer retention through management & optimisation of lifecycle communications Paid Media Campaign Assets: Development of creative evergreen & brand assets for deployment across paid media channels in coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager Evergreen Sales Enablement: Cross-functional coordination with sales team to ensure delivery of evergreen and product sales collateral (i.e client toolkits, product factsheets, sales decks, how-to guides, product demos / videos and webinar decks). Social Media: Responsible for weekly content and asset creation to promote all products across LinkedIn. Grow the LI channel and manage all responses/customer queries. Event Support: Lead marketing needs to support sales with HQ Events and webinars, including event collateral Case Studies: Collaborate with Account Management team to manage creation of client case studies and deployment to grow our client success stories across our product range. Content: Ownership of all content including Cyclescheme and Extras blog & ebooks, including copywriting, asset creation, and deployment Reporting & Performance Analysis: Analytics reporting across social media, website performance, and client conversion. A minimum of 2 years of campaign marketing experience targeting a broad range of market segments B2B2C & B2C would be preferable. Demonstrable experience delivering multichannel digital campaigns which leverage a full range of tactics and channels including paid media. Data driven with strong analytical skills Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and teams to enable the effective execution of campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks such as Emarsys, MailChimp or similar. Excellent time management, project management and organisational skills.
