Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and creative Teacher of Science to join one of our partner secondary schools based in Bury. The role will start ASAP and is a permanent vacancy, expected to go permanent after 12 weeks of supply through us for the right candidate.
As a Teacher of Science, key responsibilities will include:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
* Develop and implement a curriculum that encourages students to explore and express their creativity.
* Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and integrate cross-curricular themes.
* Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working within schools is essential.
* Proven experience teaching at secondary level is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students.
