About You
The successful candidate will have:
1. At least 5 years’ experience working within integrated Mental Health Services.
2. At least 3 years’ experience supervising and managing social workers and AMHPs.
3. Proven experience in leading and delivering successful change management.
4. Experience in strategic planning and service development.
5. Thorough understanding of the needs of people with mental health issues and their families.
6. Knowledge of relevant legislation, associated regulation, and guidance.
7. Knowledge of processes for involving users and carers.
8. Awareness of good practice in focusing on high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
