HR Assistant
Start date: ASAP
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term to 30th September 2025
Salary: Grade 3 Points 11 to 18
£27,839 to £31,283 per annum (subject to pending job evaluation)
West Lothian College is looking to appoint an HR Assistant. This role will ideally suit a proactive, organised and enthusiastic individual whose duties will be to undertake a broad range of HR and payroll administration.
You will have a relevant SCQF Level 6 qualification and previous experience of working in a Human Resources department. It is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, can work under pressure and have an appreciation of the need for attention to detail and confidentiality. A knowledge of payroll processes and procedures would be advantageous, as would experience of working with HR and payroll systems.
