Janitor (Cleaner / Handy Person)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Janitor to join our Voids and Planned Maintenance Team to help provide a safe, secure and clean environment for the tenants of our Housing with care and Housing with Support schemes. Key responsibilities include:
* Undertake simple maintenance and basic DIY activities in communal areas & properties
* Undertake, monitor and maintain Fire Safety checks, Health & Safety and security of the scheme.
* Undertake cleaning/window cleaning and general duties as required.
* Check all lighting and security features on the scheme
* Carry out legionella tests in empty properties on the schemes
