Learning Support Worker Wanted!

We’re looking for a Learning Support Worker to provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with additional learning needs. You’ll play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive in an inclusive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Support students with their learning in and out of the classroom.
2. Assist with tailored learning plans and differentiated activities.
3. Encourage independence and boost students’ confidence.
4. Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning experience.
5. Provide emotional and social support where needed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A passion for education and supporting learners.
2. Experience working with young people.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
5. The ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles.
