The Opportunity
Our client is a leading law firm seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to assume responsibility for a busy caseload covering the full remit of commercial property matters. The locum is required to assist for 2-4 weeks in duration covering a Partner's operational leave. Our client will allow someone to work remotely; however, if you could go into the office on the first and last day, that would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
The locum will manage commercial property work to include:
1. Landlord and Tenant matters
2. Property Development
3. Freehold acquisitions and disposals
4. Property Finance
