Responsibilities
·People: To lead, coach and develop employees within the departmental teams. Manage performance and development of team members including 1:1s and resource review process.
·Strategy Deployment: Lead site strategy deployment projects.
·Safety: Create a safe and clean work environment consistent with health, safety and environmental policies and objectives, ensuring deficiencies are identified and corrective actions closed out in a timely manner.
·Quality: Maintain compliance to all quality requirements across product, customer, process and regulatory bodies. Ensure the team utilise HOS tools to resolve issues.
