We are working with a market-leading manufacturer of high-end kitchens and bedrooms, looking to chat with experienced site managers around the Durham region.
As an Installations Manager, you will lead and manage the installation service across the area, providing a high level of service to clients, managing and coordinating subcontract fitters to meet demands and continuously work to the company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating installation teams.
2. Recruitment of sub-contract labour where needed.
3. Ensuring area performance targets are achieved.
4. Administrative duties in accordance with the role.
Key Skills:
1. Strong communication skills.
2. Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a dynamic team.
3. Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines.
4. Computer literate.
5. Experience of working within fast-track building and the furniture industry.
6. Knowledge of installations.
