Business Support Administrator

Gold Group are a successful recruitment agency who are looking for a Business Support Administrator, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales teams and facilitating key administrative processes.
Role Overview
As a Business Support Administrator, you'll be involved with managing processes, maintaining records, and supporting contract facilitation. You'll also be involved in various administrative tasks with a key focus on compliance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle all aspects of contract preparation, production and management.
2. Compliance including: GDPR / Data Protection, recruitment compliance, understanding of contracts and terms of business, right to work checks etc.
3. Educating employees on compliance regulations.
4. Maintain accurate contractor files and records, ensuring timely updates and documentation.
5. Liaise with contractors and clients to gather necessary documents.
6. Update and manage content on the company intranet and website.
7. Prepare presentations for Sales Meetings.
8. Update and maintain documents on the intranet.
9. Manage ISO and compliance audits.
10. Maintain accurate documentation and records for quality and audit compliance.
11. Compile KPI reports and provide ad hoc statistical reports as needed.
12. Perform any additional administrative duties across sales, facilities management, or operational support, as required.

1. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and support.
