RG Consultancy are delighted to be partnering with an established manufacturer based in Knowsley who are looking to add an experienced Payroll Specialist to their team. Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the Group Finance Director, this Payroll Specialist position would be responsible for covering the weekly and monthly payroll across the group. Duties include: Review time and attendance systems, to ensure they are compliant with company policy. Work closely with the HR department to ensure all necessary updates and paperwork are completed. Liaise with pension provider. Process P60 and P11D returns, along with P45s as and when required. Regular payroll reporting. Deal with all internal and external payroll queries. Keep adequate up-to-date payroll records to ensure compliance with company and government policies. Keep up-to-date with any payroll legislation changes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in an in-house, end-to-end payroll position and is comfortable being the lead contact within payroll. They are able to consider reduced hours for the right person with 3 or 4 days a week an option.
