About the Role
If appointed you will be responsible and accountable for the following areas:
1. Leading Key Stage 1 phase as the strategic leader including assessment and transition.
2. Class responsibility for a Key Stage 1 class.
3. Promoting and securing high quality teaching and learning.
4. Leading, coaching and supporting staff.
5. Subject Leader.
6. Behaviour across the Key Stage.

About you
We invite applications from enthusiastic and passionate aspiring senior leaders or existing senior leaders who have a proven track record of impacting positively on the outcomes of children. This key leadership role provides an excellent opportunity to help build and shape the strategic direction of our school.
The post holder will have significant experience of working in Key Stage 1. They will be an excellent practitioner with the commitment and motivation to inspire children’s learning and development enhancing progress and raising attainment and achievement for all. They will also have the personal drive and motivation to play a central role in our school.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to a fully enhanced DBS check.
