This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented social media professional with a passion for skincare and experience in content creation, community engagement, and brand marketing. The coordinator will focus on creating and posting content that directly supports our retailers and followers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a content calendar tailored to the UK market, aligning with key brand initiatives and retailer priorities.
Create high-quality, engaging social media content (including graphics, captions, and short-form videos) that highlights our presence at our current retail partners like Boots, Sephora, Space NK, Harvey Nichols and more...
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and messaging.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather retailer-specific promotions, new product launches, and campaign updates.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to drive innovative content ideas.
