We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to become part of the welcoming staff team at one of our partnership Secondary Academies based in Bradford, BD17. You will be responsible for meeting the unique learning and support needs of students with a range of SEN and behavioural needs under the direction of teaching staff. The Secondary Academy aims to encourage all students to become happy and confident individuals, who enjoy their time at school and feel confident and supported to succeed. The school works hard to provide an inclusive and adaptive education for students with SEN and additional needs within the mainstream classroom, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to become resilient and responsible learners.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role depending on experience, the role is available with immediate start for the right applicant!
We are seeking an LSA with:
* A full and relevant Teaching Assistant/SEN qualification or equivalent.
* A kind, caring and patient approach.
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting SEN pupil progression.
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.
* Right to Work in the UK; unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
