Your responsibilities will include: Work on high-quality commercial disputes cases across the UK and internationally. Help grow the team and support the firm's wider business goals. Use court processes and alternative dispute methods like mediation and arbitration to resolve issues. Collaborate with other legal teams to understand the full context of each dispute. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Focus on practical, business-minded legal solutions for clients. Use technology and tools like AI to improve legal services. Take part in training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development. Help build your own network of clients and industry contacts. The successful candidate: 3 years PQE in commercial disputes, ideally within a private practice setting. Confident handling complex cases and resolving disputes. Experience in private practice, ideally with big or high-value cases. Good legal knowledge and a practical, business-focused approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Comfortable building client relationships and helping grow the business. Open to using legal tech and new ways of working. Motivated, professional, and keen to progress.
