Job Description
The key duties for the Credit Controller are:
1. Manage the timely debt collection and payments of company's debts and customers' payments
2. Maintain accurate records of sales, income, invoices, and payments
3. Establish and implement financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures
5. Manage customer credit files and perform credit checks
6. Foster client relationships and negotiate payback arrangements
7. Coordinate with the accounting & finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting
8. Assist in the budget preparation process
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
1. Experience in a similar role
2. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
3. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
4. High attention to detail and accuracy
