1st Line Support Engineer
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Location: Bristol - 3 days onsite
What you will be doing
* An ambitious, sustainable and established law firm is seeking a 1st Line Onsite IT Service Desk Technician who would be to provide technical support to all users of the firms IT systems.
* As the first point of call, you will be recording, monitoring, diagnosing, resolving and escalating any technical problems which arise.
* You will also be involved in the IT installation and deployment service and provide instructions on how to use this technology effectively and effectively.
Required skills
* Windows Server Operating systems.
* Office 365.
* Active Dictionary.
* Intune.
* A high degree of technical competence.
* Impeccable inter-personal and communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service experience.
* An IT qualification or previous IT experience.
