We believe in a connected Devon. One where there are no barriers to being who you want to be.
Does connecting and bringing people together across the community and wider public health systems excite you? Is making Devon a better, healthier place something you’re passionate about?
Do you like to Make Better Happen?
As a Senior Engagement Lead, you will lead the services engagement and stakeholder management across Devon. Through engagement and outreach activities, you will ensure ICE/the service is connected across all stakeholder groups.
Engagement Leads could be viewed as a sales role. However, the currency isn’t financial capital; it’s social capital. Relationships which are then translated into:
1. service outcomes (referrals).
2. relationships and partnerships to expand ICE’s projects and partnerships (which translates into financial outcomes).
You will own the engagement & marketing planning and delivery, using your experience of both place-based and digital engagement opportunities to maximise referrals into the service.
You will use your skills and experience to develop relationships (up selling or establishing new), maintain strong links and opportunities across the system, but also be self-motivated and solution-focused to add value.
You will ensure you follow things through until completion, until people are connected and engaged with us, helping us to expand.
You will report activities – intention, resource, and outcomes to the wider team, ICE leaders, and external audiences (such as our commissioners).
Role Specific Purposes:
* To ensure Services, workplaces, and organisations within Devon are aware and are appropriately referring into the services, including but not limited to GP Surgeries, Hospitals, Health Service Providers, NDPP, Pharmacies, District Councils, CVSE, and wider organisations.
* To give direction to the team of coaches for engagement and marketing activity within our communities, to follow up and ensure tasks are completed, and the team is briefed and trained to successfully deliver activities.
* To ensure the Service receives enough referrals to meet targets/KPIs specifically in the most deprived areas and for our priority groups.
* Co-Create, oversee, plan, manage & lead the engagement and marketing activities, maximising our service coverage where people need to know about us most.
As a mover and shaker, you will also raise ICE’s profile across Devon, connecting opportunities with service stakeholders to our wider ICE services and support.
