We’re looking for a QA Manager with a strong track record of developing teams, an inspiring leader who will support and coach them. You’re focused on detail, hands-on in the factory, driving the food safety and quality culture across all site stakeholders. The ability to step back, assess problems and come up with decisive solutions are imperative in this pacey chilled food environment.
A relevant degree in a food science subject or similar is ideal, HACCP Level 3 as a minimum, with at least three years food manufacturing experience. Above all, we’re looking for a confident, resilient leader, as happy talking to the customer as you are talking to third-party accreditation regulators.
Although essentially a Mon-Fri role, this role will require flexibility regarding working hours, occasionally involving shift or weekend work depending on business needs.
