At Securitas, we are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead a UK-wide security transformation programme for a key strategic client. This role is at the forefront of enhancing security services, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust governance and control to maximise return on investment. As a senior management position, this role demands a unique blend of strategic vision, leadership, and technical expertise. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage a dedicated team, and ensure that our security solutions effectively meet client needs. Job Responsibilities Align programme activities with the client’s project management framework. Oversee efficient and effective project delivery in line with Securitas’ strategic objectives. Provide strategic transformation guidance to the Global Account Director. Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of the security transformation programme. Manage client and project teams, mitigate risks, and report to the Global Programme Director. Contribute to the Project Review Board and oversee Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, Exclusions, Opportunities, and Costs (DAREOC). Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead and inspire a diverse team while fostering strong client relationships. Align security solutions with client needs and risk profiles. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Deliver data-driven insights through reports and dashboards. Assess risks, conduct feasibility studies, and support change management initiatives. Drive operational enhancements and promote innovative security solutions. Monitor programme effectiveness and champion continuous learning. Core Competencies Leadership & People Management – Lead senior client meetings and drive team productivity. Have a five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
